Choice America Online
Anytime, anywhere you have access to the Internet you will be able to
view your Credit Union account, view your account statement(s), and if you have enrolled in the BillPayer
service, you will be able to pay your bills online.

Just complete a First Choice America Online/BillPayer application at any of our six
locations or call 1-800-427-4835 or email to
allcallcenter@firstchoiceamericacu.org
to request a First Choice America Online/BillPayer application.
Requirements
To use First Choice America Online you need a Credit Union savings account, Internet access, an Internet
Service Provider, and a compatible Internet browser with SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) 128-bit encryption, such as Internet Explorer 4.x and above, Netscape
Navigator 4.01 and above, America On-line 4.0 and above. To use BillPayer you
must have a Credit Union checking account and be enrolled in First Choice
America Online.
Passwords
A temporary password
will be assigned to you. This password will be temporary only and you will be
prompted to change it the first time you access your account through First
Choice America Online. The credit union will NOT keep a record of
your password. If you
forget your password, please contact the Credit Union at 1-800-427-4835
and a temporary password will be issued to you.
Security
We strive to offer a high level of privacy and security. We only allow
browsers that support Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL ensures that electronic
messages between your browser and First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union
cannot be read by eavesdroppers even if they were to be intercepted, state of
the art firewall, and Verisign's Global Server ID service using 128 bit
encryption. Also, to access your account, it requires two (2) critical
pieces of information: your confidential USER ID and your password. Unless you share your
password, no
one else can access your account information online.
First Choice
America Online and BillPayer Transactions
You can view your account balances (savings, checking,
certificates, and loans), view your account statement(s), view ATM and Debit transactions, view account history,
such as deposits and withdrawals, view payroll, social security and pension
deposits (direct deposit and payroll deduction), view VISA charges, credits, and
balances, view checks that have cleared your checking account, transfer funds to
savings and checking, transfer loan payments and VISA payments, access your
Prime Line of credit, request stop
payments on checks you have written, pay bills from your Credit Union
account in the amount and on the date you request if you have enrolled in the BillPayer
service, order U.S. Savings Bonds, change your e-mail address, and view
messages on the Alert Center.
Cost of First Choice
America Online
There is NO cost at this time from First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union to
use First Choice America Online and no software to purchase. (Internet and
telephone charges may apply.)
Cost of
BillPayer
Use of BillPayer is subject to fees as shown
in the current fee schedule. Applicable fees will be deducted from your
checking account.
