Membership
First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union membership is
open to those who work, reside, worship, or attend school in:

Hancock, Brooke, and Ohio Counties, West Virginia
-
Jefferson County, Ohio
-
Cities of Benwood and McMechen, West Virginia
-
Cities of Bellaire and Shadyside, Ohio
-
Townships of Hanover, Jefferson, Independence, Donegal, Smith,
Cross Creek, Hopewell, Blaine, Buffalo, West Finley, East
Finley, South Franklin, and Morris in Washington County,
Pennsylvania
Also eligible are:

Businesses and other legal entities located in any of the above
areas
-
Spouses of persons who died within the field of membership of
the Credit Union
-
Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from an employer
located in the field of membership
-
Volunteers in the community
-
Members of the immediate family and household; and or
organizations of such persons
To become a member, all it takes is the purchase of a $5.00 share in
a First Choice America savings account and completion of a
membership application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR
OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money
laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial
institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that
identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask your
name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow
us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or
other identifying documents.
